Only members whose preferences match yours — and whose own profile matches your preferences — can see it, after our team has approved both of you. Your name, phone number, email and family contact details are never shown to anyone.

Yes, and many families do. Choose "Parent" when filling in the form. We only ask that your son or daughter knows about it and agrees.

How do introductions work?

When you like a profile, let us know from your account or on WhatsApp. Our team speaks with both families. If both sides are interested, we share contact details and help arrange the first conversation.

Can other members contact me directly?

No. There is no chat or messaging between members. This is deliberate — it keeps your family's privacy safe and every introduction respectful.

How long does the review take?

Usually 2–3 working days. If anything is missing, we will contact you so you can correct it.

Your bio data is stored securely with access limited to our team. Contact details are removed before any profile is shown to members, so they cannot be seen even through browser tools.

How do I remove my profile?

Contact us or use the Delete My Account option after logging in. Your profile will be hidden immediately and your data deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
